Graduated from the YSU’s Faculty of International Relations’ Political Science Department. Initiated and took part in several student protests from 2017-2019 publicly (We want our discounts and the right of deferment will be). In 2018, during the prerevolutionary period was the member of the Rejecte Serj civic initiative. Currently works at the Restart student-civic initiative as a project coordinator.

He has taken part in various local and international projects, seminars and especially at first as an observer then as a coordinator and now as a co-founder of an Election observation mission in local and foreign elections’ observation. Is an author of a number of articles and researches on educational and social-political topics.
